Eileen Conaway, DO
Dr. Eileen Conaway, DO, FACOFP, NABBLM-C, IBCLC, is a graduate of the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, and the Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM), Blacksburg, VA. She is board certified in Family Medicine and OMT (AOBFP), Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (AOBNMM), and Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine (NABBLM-C). She is also an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Dr. Conaway completed her internship and residency in Integrated Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Florida Hospital - East Orlando (FHEO), Orlando, FL. She worked in residency education for a decade holding positions including, core faculty, Associate Program Director, and Director of Osteopathic Education at Florida Hospital/AdventHealth East Orlando and Tidelands Health MUSC Family Medicine Residency and has recently left academic to pursue private practice. Dr. Conaway continues to lecture nationally on a variety of osteopathic topics. Prior clinical research includes: Osteopathic Manipulation to increase lactation (OMILQ), wellness through OMT in the Family Medicine Residency, patient-reported adverse events from OMT, and the use of OMT for non-musculoskeletal conditions. Professional memberships include: AOA, AAO, ACOFP, ABM, SCOMS.
