Course Description
Join us for our fourth in the series of tribute events in the year-long Centennial Series celebrating the impact of Viola M. Frymann's teachings and legacy in the field of osteopathy.
This event is focused on honoring Dr. Viola Frymann, DO FAAO as an inspirational Osteopathic Physician, colleague and a friend by journeying with Philippe Druelle DO (F-Qc) into the past. His early years of Osteopathic studies with Dr. Frymann ignited a passion that paved his path to becoming an internationally renowned Osteopath. Join us as Philippe shares many wonderful stories about Dr. Frymann and of their kinship, friendship and their journey of expanding the teachings of Osteopathy internationally. We are also fortunate to have Genevieve Forget, DO (F-Qc) joining us as well to help translate from French to English. Genevieve is also an inspirational international Osteopath and also will be sharing her journey with Dr. Frymann.

Philippe Druelle (F-Qc), DScO is a renowned osteopath and international speaker. He will be presenting at OCC for the 18th time to share his passion, knowledge, experience, and skills. Professor and founder of several osteopathic campuses in Canada and Europe, he is a pioneer in the application of the Osteopathic concepts to the endocranium and the dynamics of the ventricular network and brain, particularly in relations to traumatic brain injuries and other neurological disorders. He developed numerous techniques to restore the functions of the brain, the heart and the abdomen. He has also contributed in the fields of osteopathic pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics. Involved in research for the past 20 years, he will share his knowledge and considerations during the seminar will present his vision of an osteopathic clinical methodology to offer an appropriate treatment for each patient, in relation to the universal forces. We are privileged to welcome him, to share his 36 years of experience on this amazing topic.
Geneviève Forget will be translating for Philippe Druelle. She is a graduate of the University of Montréal (1992) and the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques in Montréal (2001). Geneviève Forget has lectured since 2001, providing final-year and continuing-education instruction since 2004. She has also been a translator for senior guest speakers since 1998 and a table trainer and review instructor since 1995.
